Our advantage!
Lubimy trudne i nietypowe zadania. Skupiamy się na detalach, które decydują o trwałości i bezpieczeństwie. Nasze procesy obejmują:
There’s no room for chance in our work. Every detail, every surface, and every color is a challenge for us, one we embrace with full commitment. Thanks to our experience, precision, and modern technological resources, we master what others consider a challenge.
There’s no room for compromise in our industry. Chromating and painting aluminum are processes that require knowledge, experience, and perfection – and that’s precisely why we are the best. For years, we have been completing the most demanding projects, using proprietary production methods that guarantee the highest quality and compliance with rigorous standards.
Thanks to us, aluminum components are not only aesthetically pleasing but, above all, reliable in the most demanding conditions. If others say it can’t be done, we prove it can be done.
Not every element is a simple pipe or flat sheet of metal. In our daily work, we deal with details with complex geometry – with recesses, nooks, sharp edges, and irregular surfaces.
Thanks to proper preparation, the selection of appropriate application technology, and the experience of our employees, we ensure even paint coverage, even in hard-to-reach areas, without streaks, shadows, or missing paint.
It is this precision and attention to every detail that makes our projects stand out for their quality.
Many aluminum components require precise masking – for example, contact surfaces, threads, mounting holes, and electrically conductive zones. In such cases, millimeter-level precision is crucial.
We use professional masking materials and treat each detail individually, adapting the technique to its specific needs. This protects what should remain intact while ensuring an aesthetic and durable finish for other surfaces.
A well-prepared surface is the foundation for durable powder coating. Aluminum can be fickle – it can be oxidized, contaminated with oils, contain machining residues, or contain various alloys with different properties.
That’s why we place great importance on the preparation stage: we use appropriate chemical (e.g., degreasing, etching, chromium-free chromating) to ensure perfect paint adhesion and a long-lasting final result.
In powder coating, color isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s also about precision and repeatability.
That’s why every batch of parts undergoes visual and technical inspection. We verify color consistency with color charts (e.g., RAL, NCS), and monitor coating thickness, gloss, and paint adhesion in accordance with applicable standards.
This means our customers can be confident that every component—regardless of the batch—will look equally good and meet quality requirements.
